Television Shipping and Return Policy:

Shipping
Item will usually ship within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. All televisions are shipped Ground Freight. Standard delivery is first threshold. All televisions are shipped fully insured at no extra cost. Transit time for ground freight is typically between 2 and 7 days.

White Glove Delivery Service Includes - Us coming in to your home, we bring the TV in to the room of your choice, remove it from the box and take away all packing materials with us before we leave.

Returns
Televisions shipped by freight will be delivered by scheduled appointment with the carrier. Please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage and make a note of any such indications of possible damage on the release form. Please also make sure to write "Subject To Inspection" on the release form. If possible, open the box and inspect the TV for damage while the delivery person(s) is present. If there is any damage, simply refuse the delivery. If after the delivery person(s) have left any damage is found, we must be contacted right away. Once the damaged TV has been refused or picked up by the carrier, a new television will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt in the warehouse. We cannot accept returns on Televisions for any other reason, including buyer's remorse. If there is defect or mechanical failure with the TV, it will be handled by the manufacturer through the warranty.
