Where do I buy a CPS Extended Service Plan?
CPS Extended Service Plans can be purchased along with your product at participating retail affiliates across the country. If you purchased a product from a retail store that does not carry CPS Extended Service Plans, you can call (800) 905- 0443 for an authorized reseller near you.

Can I renew my extended service plan?
Yes, service plans are renewable. However a renewal must be submitted 30 days prior to the expiration date of the service plan. Please call CPS for all your renewal options at (800) 905- 0443.

What should I do if I do need service?
There are two options you can take to receive service. The first option is to call the toll-free number (800) 905- 0443 . The second option is to log on to www.CPScorporation.com and make a Claim against your unit. It is that easy!

What if I transfer my service contract to another person?
Our service contracts are 100% transferable. If you transfer ownership of the covered product just let us know in writing and we will take care of it for you.

Will I have to pay a deductible or any other 'hidden costs'?
NO Out-of-pocket expenses for all covered repairs! We will pay 100% of covered parts and labor (beyond the manufacturer's warranty).
